The form owner decides why respondent information is collected, which fields are presented, and how responses are used after submission. FormGrid supplies the software and hosting layer that can store, display, route, and export responses. Depending on the workflow and applicable law, the owner may act as the controller of respondent information while the service operates as a processor or service provider for the configured collection.
The service may handle the information needed to maintain a subscription and support the account, including the buyer’s name, email address, country, selected plan, and support correspondence. The site does not require a home delivery address for subscription activation. Empty company contact fields are intentionally hidden until the owner configures them.
Response data belongs to the form owner. We never sell or mine your respondents' data. Form owners decide what questions to ask and should provide any notices required for their respondents. FormGrid may process submitted values only as needed to deliver the collection, storage, result-viewing, and export functions selected by the owner.
The service uses encrypted connections for information moving between supported browsers and the service, and stored application information is protected with access controls appropriate to the product. These statements describe technical measures rather than an absolute promise of risk elimination.
Response and operational records are retained according to the limits and features attached to the selected plan. When data reaches the stated retention period or an account is closed, records may be removed from active systems according to normal deletion, backup, and legal processes.
The public site uses local storage for cart entries, the GRID10 promotion code, subscriber-demo state, and cookie consent. These values demonstrate the static checkout and preference flows; they are not a production payment ledger.
Form owners can request account support through the contact route. Respondents should ordinarily direct questions about the purpose of collection to the form owner because that party controls the form, the questions, and the respondent-facing notices.
