1. Use of the service
FormGrid is subscription software for building and publishing forms. You agree to use it lawfully, to respect the limits of the plan you purchase, and to collect information only where you have an appropriate purpose and authorization.
2. Subscription and renewal
Plans are billed monthly. Billed monthly. Renews automatically until cancelled. Your subscription renews automatically every month. Cancel anytime in your account settings — no cancellation fee. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access remains available through the current paid period.
3. Trial
The free trial lasts 14 days. No credit card is required and nothing is charged during the trial. The trial is provided so an owner can evaluate the builder, publishing workflow, and plan limits before choosing a paid subscription.
4. Explicit limits
Each plan states its form capacity, response allowance, field limit, logic controls, integrations, branding settings, collaboration seats, license scope, and support level. Those limits are part of the product description and should not be treated as hidden implementation details.
5. Prohibited collection
Do not use FormGrid to build spam lists, harvest email addresses for unsolicited marketing, or collect respondent information without an appropriate lawful purpose. Payment fields, sensitive questions, and other regulated workflows are the responsibility of the form owner to configure and disclose appropriately.
6. Refunds
We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The Refund Policy provides the same timing and explains the request process.
7. Changes and availability
The service may publish a conditional availability target where applicable. A target is not an unconditional guarantee that every page, integration, or respondent network path will work without interruption. Features may change as the product evolves.
8. Termination
Access may be restricted or ended to protect the service, comply with law, address prohibited collection, or enforce subscription limits. Clauses concerning payment, lawful use, data ownership, and refund rights continue where their nature requires continued effect.
Additional operational note
The published policy should be reviewed alongside the live product configuration so that the written terms match the actual workflow, permissions, and subscription controls presented to customers.
